We are equipped with the best clinical grade materials, technology and 40 years long service in the orthotic industry.

In order for us to create your custom orthotic, we need your foot impression. Therefore, all CUSTOM orthotics shipping costs are covered by us. You will receive an impression box with a return label included.

Upon placing the order as a new customer you will receive biofoam in 3 business days. The moment your completed impression kit arrives back to us, custom orthotic will be in your shoe in 7 business days.

In some instances, depending on the severity of your foot issue, it may take time for the foot to get used to the orthotic since the device is keeping the foot in a slightly different but much healthier position. Every correction takes time, hence it is of utmost importance to be patient and diligent with the break-in phase. Because the foot has a very delicate and complex anatomy, please follow the impression and device instructions to ensure proper correction and comfort.

As a returning customer there will be no need for another foot impression because we will store your scans for 3 years. All you need to do is call 800-232-3589 and foot impression stage will be skipped and based on your stored foot scans you will receive your new orthotic in less than 5 business days.
