RETURN AND REFUND

Custom Orthotics

We have a risk-free 90 day return policy for custom orthotics products in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@ajrorthotics.com  to initiate a return. 

Standard (OTC) Orthotics

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, orthotic must be in their original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
