If you are still not satisfied with your new orthotics within the first 90 Days, we will refund your purchase.

3-5 days after placing an order you will receive an Impression Box with the simple instructions of how to successfully conduct a foot impression.

Send Back Impression

Free of charge return label will be placed along with Impression box. Upon impressing your feet, use the return label to ship it back to us.

Custom orthotics will be in your shoes within 7 DAYS from the day we receive your kit.
